Sara is a top producing agent at EXP Realty, winning multiple platinum awards. She mentors new agents, teaches classes, and was a member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Originally from the Yukon, Canada, Sara moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a professional drummer. Sara toured a variety of US Military bases around the world including bases in Germany, Korea and even in the deserts of Iraq. In 2008 Sara and her husband decided to start a family and bought their home in Mt. Washington. That’s when her passion for real estate was ignited.

Justin is a Los Angeles native specializing in representing buyers. He split his time between California and New York in his formative years, and then moved to Chicago to pursue a career in music. That vocation took him to the UK, where he signed to Warner Records and lived and toured for years before landing back in his hometown of Los Angeles. Justin is a strong and patient negotiator, always working to get the best deals for his clients. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time in Lake Arrowhead, where he can be found woodworking, restoring a 1970’s cabin and hiking with his family & Great Dane, George.

Lynze is also a Canadian transplant and a Swiss Army knife of skills. Specializing in customer experience she will walk buyers through the purchasing process. Lynze’s sense of humor and fun disposition help her clients enjoy the buying experience. Lynze is extremely well traveled and enjoys yoga and running.

Lauren lives in Los Angeles. She has a degree in Political Science, and over 6 years of administrative experience in the fields of Research and Non-Profits. She is currently pursuing a 4-year graduate program while working with The Skelton Group.

Christian is a professional web designer who specializes in helping real estate agents and small businesses develop their web presence through websites, blogging, video blogging and online marketing. Christian is also an accomplished musician. You can occasionally see him share the stage with Sara when they play a show with their band, The Nightriders!
