On Episode #37 we have Part 1 of our series on disaster preparedness and recovery. In the wake of the fires in Los Angeles, we take some time to discuss being prepared in case of a wildfire or other natural disaster. We are joined by fellow Realtor© and friend Mark Duncan, who shares his experience about losing his home in the Altadena fire, with some great stories about people helping people. He also shares some great tips for being prepared, and what you want to have in your home-owner's policy in case of a total loss.

Sara Skelton - Host, Realtor, Drums
Sara is currently a top producer at eXp Realty. She earned top-producer status as a Realtor in her second year of real estate. She has won multiple platinum awards since. She mentors new agents, teaches classes, and was a member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Originally from the Yukon, Canada, Sara moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a professional drummer. Sara toured a variety of US Military bases around the world including bases in Germany, Korea and even in the deserts of Iraq. In 2008 Sara and her husband decided to start a family and bought their home in Mt. Washington. That’s when her passion for real estate was ignited.
Tanner Thomason - Co-Host, Instigator, Guitars
Tanner has spent the last 10 years as a television personality. Most recently, he co-hosted Hollywood Today Live, a show that started digitally then successfully made the leap to television, where he produced over 450 episodes covering daily pop culture events.
Fun Fact: Tanner has been scuba diving with sharks and has a collection of two dollar bills.

Christian "CP" Pedersen - Producer, Guitars
Christian, or CP, is the go to web guy for The Skelton Group as well as their podcast producer. He works as a web designer and also in the fine wine business. Originally from Seattle, Washington, he is an accomplished guitarist and veteran of the LA music scene.
